NSA gives students final opportunity to resolve biodata mismatch issues in Kumasi

The National Service Authority (NSA) has extended a final opportunity for prospective national service students facing biodata mismatch issues to resolve their records in Kumasi. In a notice dated August 31, 2026, the NSA announced that affected students must visit the NSA Kumasi Regional Office between Tuesday, September 1 and Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to rectify their records and complete their registration.

This initiative is being carried out in collaboration with the National Identification Authority (NIA), the Ghana Publishing Company, and Commissioners for Oaths. The NSA aims to assist students in correcting their records, enabling them to proceed with the national service registration process. Affected students who have not yet obtained the required affidavit will receive assistance in preparing and swearing the document through the Commissioner for Oaths.

Those needing Gazette publication will be guided by the Ghana Publishing Company. Students who have already acquired their affidavits and/or Gazette publications are instructed to bring the original documents and relevant supporting materials to the Kumasi Regional Office to facilitate the necessary changes. Upon completion of the corrections, students will be able to proceed with the national service registration.

The NSA urges all affected students, including those who have completed the affidavit and Gazette processes but require record corrections, to report without delay. Students are advised to bring all original documents, including their Ghana Cards and, if applicable, affidavits and Gazette publications, to facilitate the process.

The Authority stresses the importance of taking immediate action to regularise records before the deadline.
