Hims & Hers rebrands Pilot platform in Australia expansion

Sydney - Hims & Hers Health has unveiled its Hims brand in Australia through the rebranding of the men’s health platform, Pilot. The transition is set to commence today, with existing Pilot patients retaining their treatment plans and connections to providers under the Hims platform, as reported in a press release. The platform caters to sexual health, weight loss, and hair loss management.

Hims & Hers has extended customer support from 12 hours daily to round-the-clock availability. The expanded service lineup encompasses new treatment combinations for premature ejaculation, cholesterol management, and additional clinical pathways and formulations. Tim Doyle, formerly Eucalyptus CEO, now holds the position of Senior Vice President of International at Hims & Hers, overseeing the Australian market alongside Gus Wood, General Manager of Australia.

Dr. Matt Vickers assumes the role of Chief Medical Officer for Hims Australia. For Australian men, digital care transcends convenience; it entails proactive assistance for the most pressing health concerns, avoiding reactive measures. Wood explained that approximately 30% of Australians reside in regional and rural locales where access to general practitioners or specialists may be constrained.

Hims & Hers identifies itself as a health and wellness platform offering personalized care services. The company acquired Eucalyptus earlier this year, though the precise acquisition details remain undisclosed in today's announcement.
