Fieldfisher ficha a Ignacio Corujo para lanzar la práctica de mercados de capitales

Fieldfisher has signed Ignacio Corujo as a new partner to launch their capital markets practice in Spain, according to EXPANSIÓN. The Spanish firm, led by Hector Jaus�s, Rodrigo Martos, and Talmac Bel, has bolstered its team with Corujo's addition. Corujo brings over 20 years of experience in both equity and debt operations, making him a valuable asset.

He joins Fieldfisher's Madrid office as the lead on their newly formed capital markets practice, a strategic focus for the firm to offer comprehensive advice on complex financial transactions. This includes advising on secondary and primary market listings, capital raises, national and international debt issuances, project bonds, convertible bonds, and other financial financing operations.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher from Dentons, Corujo worked at Baker McKenzie and Garrigues, where he held various leadership roles in capital markets. His expertise will significantly enhance Fieldfisher's capabilities to support Spanish and international clients through the entire access to capital markets cycle. The firm's hiring of Corujo aligns with its growth strategy in Spain, where it has recently strengthened its team with Rafael Durán and Carlos Blanco as corporate M&A partners, and promoted Javier Fuentes de Tienda and Antonio Delgado to partner status in corporate M&A and international arbitration, respectively.
