Dino Melaye makes claims about Tinubu’s vacation

Former lawmaker Dino Melaye suggested that President Bola Tinubu took a three-week vacation due to the barrage of attacks from the African Democratic Congress presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar. Melaye argued that the President needed to take a break and reset after the constant salvos from Abubakar. He claimed that Tinubu lost stability after the US court submitted his alleged drug-trafficking records, and that the temperature, blood pressure, and stamina of the President had all changed for the worse.

Melaye stated that the 399-page document revealed that Tinubu had violated US laws, and that the FBI had been on his trail, which is why the matter was kept hidden. He also mentioned that Nigerians had been disappointed by another display of shame from Tinubu. Melaye further noted that the Presidency had informed Nigerians about Tinubu's attendance at the United Nations General Assembly, but he believed that the truth was being withheld.
