Alleged drug trafficking: Tinubu will be embarrassed at UNGA meeting – US firm

Policy advisory and lobbying firm Von Batten-Montague-York, based in the United States, has declared that Nigeria's President Bola Tinubu will be humiliated during the United Nations General Assembly meeting in September if he attends. This was announced by the firm through a post on its verified X account on Monday. Furthermore, the firm stated that the meeting President Tinubu has been seeking with United States President Donald Trump at the UNGA is improbable.

They reported that key members of the Trump administration have confirmed that President Trump will not meet privately with an alleged heroin trafficker. Despite this, the firm affirmed that President Tinubu can journey to New York to participate in the UNGA, under the privileges and accommodations granted to representatives of UN member nations.

The firm expressed its anticipation for President Tinubu's attendance at the UNGA in the upcoming month, but regretfully noted that he is likely to face embarrassment at the UN. Reports from South Africa to Italy suggest that world leaders attending the UNGA will be fully cognizant of the heroin-trafficking allegations against President Tinubu.

The firm also hinted at a plan to publicize Tinubu's alleged involvement in heroin-smuggling onto American soil to the residents of New York within a six-mile radius of UN Headquarters, if permitted.
