Adobe to offer free access to AI tools in Saudi Arabia in $4 billion deal

Adobe has announced an expanded partnership with Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the government-backed AI firm Humain, providing citizens with free access to its AI-powered tools. The deal, valued at over $4 billion, aims to offer 27 million eligible Saudi citizens and residents free access to Adobe Firefly Standard subscription tier, along with Adobe Express Premium features.

This includes a new image generation model tailored to Saudi culture, developed jointly by Adobe and Humain. Adobe expects this expanded collaboration to help drive growth in its AI products and tools within the competitive design software market. The free access will commence by the end of 2026.
