44 Graduates Complete Mari Energies Digital Bootcamp, Cohort I, Delivered by xLoop

Mari Energies Limited and xLoop Digital recently concluded the graduation of the first cohort of their Mari Digital Skills, Training & Employment Program in Karachi. The five-month program trained 44 young individuals from rural areas of Pakistan, with five of those participants being female, in Artificial Intelligence and Agentic Development, as well as Full Stack Development. The curriculum incorporated both structured learning and hands-on, project-based experience tailored to prepare graduates for real employment.

At the graduation ceremony, xLoop Digital CEO and Founder Mir Nasir emphasized the significance of bridging the gap between academia and industry. He highlighted how programs like this can provide women with the opportunity to establish careers and work remotely, eliminating the need for relocation. Mir Nasir expressed that such initiatives are crucial in closing this gap and fostering career-building possibilities for young women in rural communities.

Faheem Haider, Mari Energies' Managing Director, alongside Naseem Qamar, Director of HSE, and Danish Iqbal, Chairman of xLoop, addressed the graduating cohort. They encouraged the students to seize online opportunities and platforms that can enable them to build their skills and achieve success for themselves and their families. Faheem Haider further highlighted Mari Energies' commitment to investing in people, particularly young individuals from the areas where the company operates.

Naseem Qamar, Director HSE at Mari Energies, expressed pride in the graduates' accomplishments and offered sponsorship for those interested in pursuing further education at the university level. The graduates were not only provided with certificates of completion but also received shields and laptops for top performers. Additionally, xLoop recognized participants who maintained 100% attendance through a lucky draw, rewarding them with three Evee electric bikes.

All graduates have successfully secured internships and employment, marking a program outcome that emphasizes a pathway from learning to employment and sustainable livelihoods. The Mari Digital Skills, Training & Employment Program is part of Mari Energies' broader commitment to education, youth development, diversity, inclusion, and employability. The next cohort of the program is scheduled to commence in September 2026.
