Izekeo Adegoke, CEO of Coronation Wealth, shares her journey and insights on wealth creation, leadership, and the role of women in the financial services industry. Born in Edo State, she was the only girl in a family of four and faced gender biases throughout her career. Her father's unwavering support and encouragement played a crucial role in shaping her determination to succeed.

After studying Computer Science and later obtaining a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management, Adegoke became fascinated with transforming manual processes into digital solutions. Her experience at Zenith Bank, where she worked on electronic payment solutions and witnessed the early growth of MasterCard in Nigeria, solidified her interest in financial services and technology.

She believes that technology alone cannot make humans irrelevant in banking and fintech, as it merely amplifies human creativity and problem-solving abilities. Adegoke emphasizes the importance of democratizing investment, enabling ordinary people to invest with as little as N1,000 or N5,000 and earn returns. She mentors aspiring women in fintech by encouraging them to think beyond traditional roles and document their processes.

Despite facing skepticism and challenges as a woman leader, Adegoke remains focused on her goals and proves her capabilities through her work, inspiring others to excel in male-dominated fields.
