‘Where the hell are you guys…’: CJP’s Dipke recalls moment when he was ‘mad’ at Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka
Abhijeet Dipke said the crowd grew impatient and wanted to proceed with the march, while he lacked the energy to lead them.
CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke recounted a moment of frustration with his spokespersons Ashutosh Ranka and Sourav Das during the 'Sansad Chalo' march on July 20. Dipke, who was in the third day of his hunger strike, expressed his anger at the two for being unavailable to address the growing crowd. During the march, Ranka and Das were called by BJP leaders for a brief discussion, but they were kept at the venue for over five hours, despite the meeting lasting only ten minutes.
The crowd became impatient and wanted to continue the march, but Dipke lacked the energy to lead them due to his hunger strike. He repeatedly called Ranka and Das on their unresponsive phones, expressing his "pissed off" emotions. Dipke stated that if the two had been present at Jantar Mantar, the situation would have been more manageable.
