Klopp joins Bayern Munich training, meets Kompany to discuss squad

New Germany head coach Jurgen Klopp attended a Bayern Munich training session on Sunday and met with manager Vincent Kompany to discuss player conditions. The two spoke for around 20 minutes before continuing their meeting. Bayern Munich revealed that Klopp participated in the closed training session with Kompany, where they discussed the well-being of German players.

The coach also met with Jamal Musiala, who missed Bayern's season opener and the subsequent German Cup match against Osnabrück due to illness and a neurological condition. Musiala explained that a minor change in his treatment led to brief episodes of absence during preseason games against Leipzig and Heidenheim. Klopp is set to begin his first season with Germany in the UEFA Nations League, where the team will face the Netherlands, Greece, Serbia, and Greece in upcoming fixtures.
