Josh Actor Chandrachur Singh Files FIR Against Relatives, Alleges Grandfather's Will Was Forged To Deny Father's Inheritance

Bollywood actor Chandrachur Singh has filed a formal complaint with the police alleging that his family members forged his grandfather's will to deny his father's inheritance. The complaint was lodged at the Rorawar police station on Friday, Aug 30.

Singh claims that his grandfather, Thakur Harender Pal Singh, a respected landowner in Jalalpur village near Aligarh, signed the will in 1997 while critically ill, but that his signature was forged by his uncle, Ganga Singh, and other relatives. Captain Baldev Singh, Chandrachur's father, is alleged to have been absent during the execution of the will.

The actor further stated that a significant portion of the prime properties mentioned in the disputed will were later sold off. During a press conference, Singh disclosed that he had amassed ample evidence to support his claims. He also mentioned that he recorded his statement with the police after filing the FIR.

The dispute emerged last year when Gaytri Devi, one of Singh's aunts, rejected the allegations as false and claimed that her uncle, Puniya Pratap Singh, who passed away before Thakur Harender Pal Singh, was the rightful executor of the will. The police have registered the case and launched an investigation into the allegations.
