Israeli settler rabbi says Palestinians should leave the occupied West Bank

Israeli forces sealed the West Bank village of al-Mughayyir for over 20 hours, as settler violence escalated in the region. The Israeli soldier stationed at the village reported a rise in settler attacks on the area, which led to the closure of the village's only entrance. During the prolonged siege, settlers from the village of Qusra also raided al-Mughayyir, stealing livestock and injuring Palestinian residents.

The Palestinian Authority called for international intervention to protect the residents of al-Mughayyir amid the increasing settler violence. The Palestinian news agency Wafa described the siege as part of a systematic campaign to displace Palestinians from their land, with officials warning against Israel's displacement and extermination policies.
