Abhijeet Dipke, the founder of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), recently took to social media to raise concerns about expired food being served to children in government schools. The CJP leader posted a video on his X account, which shows him inspecting a school kitchen where expired food items were found. Dipke questioned the government, asking, "Would those sitting in power feed the same food to their own children?"

In a subsequent post, Dipke reiterated his stance, stating that if exposing this issue means FIRs against him and his party, they would not hesitate to provide the information. The video has garnered attention, highlighting the use of expired masala packets, which were packed in August 2025 but were meant for use before February 2026.

The CJP's 'School Thik Karo' campaign aims to persuade the government to take action and expose the truth about several schools in rural India. The campaign focuses on school facilities, as many students have to travel long distances to attend school due to the lack of schools in their villages and inadequate transportation facilities.

Dipke urged parents and government officials to create a checklist to ensure schools have basic amenities before compiling the data across Maharashtra and the country.
