Election-O-Mat: Which parties best match your views in the 2026 Berlin election
On September 20th, the next House of Representatives election will take place in Berlin. The Wahl-O-Mat shows you which party best represents your interests. What other election tools are there?
The German city of Berlin will hold an election for its state parliament, the Abgeordnetenhaus, on September 20. The election campaign focuses on issues such as housing, transportation, education, and cultural policy. To help voters decide which party best aligns with their views, the Federal Agency for Civic Education (bpb) offers a tool called Wahl-O-Mat, which compares users' positions on various topics with those of the parties running in the election.
The tool will be available from August 24 and can be used to find out which party's positions are closest to one's own.
