A Vietnamese client asked for a refund for a defective good. The refund was late and the client was very angry. He wrote a long poem complaining about it. Here is the story. I said I would send the refund on February 20th. But I didn’t. I kept saying I would send it but I didn’t. You waited and waited and got very angry. You sent me an angry message on March 3rd. You said I was very bad and you would never buy from me again. I don’t blame you. I was very bad. I’m sorry. I’ll send your refund now. Please forgive me. I’ll try to be better. I’m sorry, Vietnam. I’ll send your money by bank transfer. I’ll send it today. I promise. I’m sorry again. Please forgive me. I regret what happened. I regret my mistake. I’ll try harder. I’m sorry once more.
