Sindh Approves New Recruitment Rules for All Educational Boards

The Sindh government has announced plans to implement nationwide 2026 recruitment rules for all educational boards in the province. This decision, made during a meeting chaired by Sindh Minister for Universities and Boards Muhammad Ismail Rahoo, will be officially published in the government gazette.

The reforms include recruiting IT specialists to assist with e-marking and digitalization efforts across educational boards. Key positions such as director of IT, website developer, system administrator, and network security administrator are to be filled immediately. Officials have also been tasked with preparing seniority lists of employees at all educational boards.

Additionally, improvements in fire-safety arrangements within board buildings and the strengthening of administrative procedures are to be prioritized. The meeting also decided to award certificates to board chairpersons who ensured the smooth conduct of examinations and prompt announcement of results.

The provincial government aims to enhance administrative efficiency, promote modern technology, and ensure greater transparency in recruitment and examination processes with these new rules.
