MoU signed: Zindigi & DAT to advance integrated digital solutions

KARACHI, Pakistan - Zindigi, backed by JS Bank, and DAT AI Systems have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to co-develop cutting-edge digital financial solutions for governmental bodies, educational institutions, corporations and other entities. The partnership merges Zindigi's expertise in digital banking and payments with DAT AI Systems' technological prowess.

The union aims to explore and implement integrated solutions for digital payments, identity verification, fee collection, account and wallet services, disbursements, and institutional operations. DAT AI Systems, a pioneer in Pakistan since 2023, specializes in AI-powered and messaging-based solutions for workforce management, data collection, and real-time operations.

These technologies have been successfully integrated into numerous large-scale public-sector projects across the country. The MoU was officially signed by Rao Umer Farooq, Head of International Business & Alliances at Zindigi, and Abubakar Umer, CEO of DAT AI Systems. Farooq emphasized that the next stage of Pakistan's digital transformation will hinge on solutions that effortlessly connect technology, identity, and financial services.

He highlighted that this collaboration with DAT AI Systems will enable them to create practical solutions that cater to the evolving requirements of institutions and their clients. Umer, on his part, noted that the collaboration of Zindigi and DAT AI Systems brings together vital strengths in technology and financial infrastructure.
