Adityanath directs swift disposal of revenue cases, orders high festival alert

Lucknow, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed the swift resolution of pending revenue court cases and ordered police to remain vigilant during upcoming festivals. He warned against delays in land, property, and public rights matters, emphasizing an end to endless adjournments. Adityanath directed continuous anti-mafia campaigns and strict vigilance regarding illegal activities such as cattle smuggling, Love Jihad, forced conversions, and desecration of religious sites.

He ordered regular surprise inspections of slaughterhouses and strict action against irregularities. Reviewing public welfare issues with senior officials, the chief minister prioritized resolving revenue cases pending over five years. He emphasized prompt resolution of public grievances received through Janata Darshan and the Integrated Grievance Redressal System, ensuring actual issues are addressed.

Adityanath directed thorough examination of cases before closure, re-examining those with negative or unsatisfactory feedback. The district-wise crime situation from July 13 to August 23 was analyzed, showing a decline in FIRs and serious crimes, and decreased crimes against women and Scheduled Castes/ Tribes. Adityanath directed preparations for Shri Krishna Janmashtami, Vishwakarma Puja, and Ganesh Chaturthi, emphasizing vigilance, crowd control plans, and specific arrangements for idol immersion. He reviewed flood relief operations with District Magistrates of several UP districts.
