However, the deal fell through when another potential buyer withdrew after reportedly receiving a psychic's warning that the house was haunted. Despite this setback, Curry persevered in his restoration efforts, drawing inspiration from his visit to Ireland and the Guinness family estate.

The house, which spans approximately 4,000 square feet, features four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and has been owned by various celebrities since Curry sold it in 2001. It has been featured in Architectural Digest and is currently listed for $7.5 million, with the sale contingent on certain conditions being met. The property boasts a secret passageway leading to a speakeasy and offers stunning views of the Downtown Los Angeles skyline from its expansive 1.45-acre grounds filled with gardens, a pool, koi pond, and winding paths.
