The Pokémon Run 30 is heading to Hong Kong Science Park early next year

On January 23-24, 2027, the 'Pokémon Run 30' Asia tour will arrive in Hong Kong Science Park to commemorate the 30-year anniversary of Pokémon Red and Green. This interactive fun run spans approximately 3km and is designed for families, kids, and casual fans alike. Participants will start by selecting their first partner Pokémon, engaging in gym battles, and building their Pokédex as they progress.

Hydration stations and exclusive stickers will keep runners energized and engaged throughout the course. Registration opens on September 1, 2026, and all participants will receive a special Runner’s Kit containing a 30th-anniversary tee, drawstring bag, Poké Ball armband, Pokédex Search Sheet, and a Pokémon TCG booster pack. Additional perks include a themed bib and lenticular card, as well as a Pikachu plushie for select ticket packages.

Alongside the running event, a Pokémon Festival Zone will feature a pop-up store, a Pokémon Time Tunnel showcasing the history of Pokémon, gaming zones, and special Pikachu-related activities. Pokémons GO players will receive in-game rewards during their visit. Registration information, ticketing packages, and updates are available on the official Pokémon Run 30 website.
