SC registrar refuses petition against 27th Amendment
The Supreme Court Registrar’s Office has refused to receive a petition challenging Pakistan’s 27th Constitutional Amendment. The office said such petitions should instead be filed before the Federal Constitutional Court. Former Justice Shabbir Raza Rizvi had filed the petition against the amendment. The registrar’s office had previously rejected another petition challenging the same amendment.…
