Manoj Bajpayee expands real estate portfolio, buys 4.45-acre land near Pune for Rs 1.37 cr

Veteran Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee has expanded his real estate portfolio by purchasing a 4.45-acre plot of land in a rural area near Pune. The land, located in Tail Baila village within Mulshi taluka of Pune district, spans approximately 1.80 hectares and was acquired for Rs 1.37 crore, as indicated in the property registration documents.

The transaction was officially registered on August 25, with Manoj Bajpayee paying Rs 6.87 lakh in stamp duty, which brings the total transaction value to about Rs 30.9 lakh per acre.

Tail Baila village, situated approximately 119 km from Mumbai and 101 km from Pune, is renowned for its towering rock climbing walls that soar 200 to 250 feet high, as well as the historical Tail Baila Fort, which stands at an elevation of 3,322 feet above sea level. This is the latest acquisition for Manoj Bajpayee's real estate portfolio, which includes a rental property he leased in the Andheri West commercial market last April.

The actor, known for his acclaimed performances in various films, was born in a small village in Bihar and moved to New Delhi to pursue his acting career.
