Man found dead in room at Bau residence

A man was discovered deceased inside a room at a residence in Bau, according to reports on August 28. The Royal Malaysia Police were informed about the incident around 3:31 pm after a family member discovered the deceased individual. It is believed that the man had informed his family at 1 pm that he was going to rest in one of the rooms.

An hour later, when the family member checked on him, they found him unconscious. Emergency services were immediately called, but despite efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. No signs of foul play or suspicious injuries were detected, leading the police to classify the case as sudden death. The body was subsequently taken to the Bau Hospital morgue for a post-mortem examination.
