How a Claude Certified Partner Turned Disconnected Data Into Hidden Revenue

Daily manual exports from each system were required to consolidate data, leading to inconsistencies and unreliable reports. TriSeed addressed this by adding a layer that standardized the file format, ensuring a predictable structure for downstream processes.

TriSeed's engineers worked directly with the client's operations and finance teams to connect the fragmented systems and transform the data into infrastructure AI could use. By integrating Claude throughout the build process, TriSeed was able to cut build times for new pipelines by 85 to 90%, increase the number of pipelines from 20 to over 100, and improve the efficiency of data analysis and reporting.
