Television actress Akanksha Chamola, known for her candid revelations on reality show Lock Upp 2, has spoken about her bisexuality and her relationship with actor Gaurav Khanna. The 35-year-old revealed that she was bisexual before her marriage to Gaurav, who found it attractive. Akanksha later clarified her current status as asexual after being in relationships with women prior to marriage.

She explained that she made a conscious decision not to pursue other relationships after marriage, stating she would remain committed to Gaurav. Despite criticism following her appearance on Tejasswi Prakash’s podcast, where she claimed sexuality is a phase, Akanksha emphasized that her comments were based on her personal experiences and not intended to represent the broader queer community.

She also addressed concerns about her bisexuality potentially impacting her career, asserting that casting choices in television are not based on sexual orientation.
