El Gobierno pide al PP que le ayude a parar la violencia en Ceuta en medio de bloqueos del reparto de comida a los inmigrantes

The social situation in Ceuta has reached a boiling point. The central government and the city's administration have been grappling with an immense problem that remains unsolved, primarily concerning the return of thousands of immigrants who remain in the city. Despite the fact that over 90% of the 70,000 immigrants who arrived on July 30th and 31st have already returned to Morocco, there has been a significant challenge in providing daily food to these individuals to avoid potential conflicts, such as raids on supermarkets or similar disturbances that occur when a large group goes hungry and food is nearby.

This issue has now escalated, as a growing number of citizens are attempting to obstruct the daily provision of food at the El Trampolín beach. Anti-riot police have had to intervene, captured in unprecedented footage broadcast live on television, to prevent clashes between the immigrants and demonstrators. The volunteers from the Red Cross, who have so far distributed the food without any difficulties, are increasingly fearful.
