Ben Gvir to release children’s book glorifying his racist ‘achievements’ in power

National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, leader of Israel's far-right Jewish Power party, is set to release a children's book that glorifies his alleged achievements in power. The book, titled "The Minister Who Didn't Stop," will target young Israelis and will be distributed outside educational institutions by the party. The launch of the book is scheduled for September 1st, coinciding with the start of the Israeli school year.

Itamar Ben Gvir, a follower of Meir Kahane, a Jewish supremacist, has been convicted of incitement to racism and supporting a terrorist organization. His alleged achievements include introducing policies in Israeli prisons that human rights groups claim amount to starvation and torture of Palestinians. He has personally ordered food reductions to worsen prison conditions.

Some of his supporters have greeted him at rallies with anti-Palestinian chants. His international isolation, resulting from his actions in Gaza and policies in the West Bank, has led at least 10 countries to bar him from entry.
