Key features include Image Trace, ePub support, mesh gradients, hatch fills, a live glitch filter, and customizable panel arrangements. While most tools are free, certain generative AI features require a Canva Pro subscription.

The app's Pixel studio provides advanced photo editing, while the Vector studio enables powerful graphic design. The Layout studio supports professional page layout for books, brochures, and reports. Affinity's customization options allow users to build unique studios, rearrange panels, and combine tools to suit their workflow. The app supports a wide range of file formats, including PSDs, AIs, IDMLs, DWGs, and more, preserving structure, layers, and creative intent.
