Titans Coach Compares Caleb Williams to Super Bowl-Winning QB
The Tennessee Titans and Chicago Bears shared the field for a joint practice on Thursday, preparing for their preseason matchup.
During a joint practice between the Tennessee Titans and Chicago Bears, Titans head coach Robert Saleh compared quarterback Caleb Williams to Super Bowl-winning QB Russell Wilson. Saleh highlighted Williams' ability to perform in the clutch, as Williams had recorded six fourth-quarter comebacks and game-winning drives in 2025, trailing only Denver Broncos signal caller Bo Nix for the most such performances.
The most recent example was Williams' 18-point, fourth-quarter comeback against the Green Bay Packers in the wild card round. Looking ahead to the 2026 season, Chicago head coach Ben Johnson aims to put forth the best offense in NFL history, with the Bears opening their regular-season schedule against the Carolina Panthers on Sept. 13.
