The president pledged that the government will work to expand the substantive powers and financial resources of the regions, focusing on the 3 major mega-projects, the 5 extreme 3 special projects, and comprehensive improvements in housing, education, welfare, and culture. He also promised to invest in education for talent and technology, expand comprehensive transportation and cultural facilities, integrate tourism policies, and achieve a more cohesive implementation of these initiatives through cooperation between the central and local governments.
