Russia's SVR head Naryshkin confirms Moscow talks with CIA chief Ratcliffe

As Russia faces mounting domestic pressure due to the surge in attacks on its soil, there's a growing belief that Putin might attempt to deter NATO from supporting Ukraine by launching an attack.
