Robert Saleh Calls Out NFL Veteran for 'Cheap' Shot on Wan'Dale Robinson

During Thursday's joint practice between the Tennessee Titans and Chicago Bears, a tense moment erupted after 10-year NFL veteran Xavier Woods delivered a hard hit to wide receiver Wan Dale Robinson. In response, Titans players engaged in a scuffle with Woods, according to multiple reporters present on the scene. Robinson was subsequently forced to leave the practice and is currently being assessed for a potential concussion, as reported by Titans head coach Robert Saleh.

Clearly displeased with the incident, Saleh labeled Woods' hit as "cheap." Now, the Titans are monitoring Robinson's condition, confirming that he is indeed suspected of having suffered a concussion. On signing day earlier this offseason, Robinson inked a four-year, $78 million contract with the Titans, solidifying his role as a pivotal player in the team's passing offense.

Now, Robinson is positioned to start alongside rookie Carnell Tate and veteran Calvin Ridley, alongside fellow Titans. The Titans and Bears are set to clash in their preseason finale on Saturday evening, following which Tennessee will kick off its regular-season campaign against the New York Jets on September 13.
