Qatar Tourism delivers second hospitality training session in Doha

Qatar Tourism, in collaboration with Forbes Travel Guide, has conducted the second edition of its hospitality leadership training programme in Doha, as announced in a press release. The event saw 241 participants from the hospitality sector across Qatar, continuing a series of quarterly sessions planned for 2026. Omar Abdulrahman Al Jaber, Director of Operations Affairs at Qatar Tourism, stated that the partnership aims to bolster the skills of hospitality leaders and elevate service delivery, thereby enhancing the overall guest experience.

Daniel Polderdijk, Executive Trainer at Forbes Travel Guide, emphasized the importance of participants' commitment to scrutinizing every facet of the guest experience, with the aim of converting service principles into memorable encounters for visitors and guests. The training initiative stems from a strategic collaboration between Qatar Tourism and Forbes Travel Guide, established at World Travel Market London 2025, encompassing hotel assessments, service excellence training, alignment with standards, international marketing collaborations, and long-term hospitality development strategies.
