Northrop Grumman wins $71.9M Air Force contract modification

Northrop Grumman has secured a $71.9 million contract extension from the U.S. Department of Defense. This engineering change proposal, P00060, modifies contract FA8750-23-F-0501, which was previously awarded. The amendment covers InSITE software and hardware prototypes, procurement, fielding, installation, and related engineering services.

The total contract value has now reached $452.9 million, up from $381 million. The work will be conducted at McLean, Virginia, and is scheduled to conclude by December 3, 2027. The modification includes Fiscal 2025 research, development, test, and evaluation funds of $3.2 million, and Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance funds of $4 million.

The Air Force Research Laboratory's Computing, Communication, and Information Systems Contracting Branch in Rome, New York, is overseeing the contract.
