Napoli consider loan move for Newcastle striker Nick Woltemade

Napoli are exploring the possibility of signing Newcastle United striker Nick Woltemade on loan, as reported by transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano. Woltemade had a rough start to his debut campaign, but he made an early impact, scoring 12 goals and assisting five times in 54 appearances across all competitions. His playing time is under threat from new teammates William Osula and Yoane Wissa, who have made a positive start in the Premier League.

Napoli has reached out to determine Woltemade's availability. The Italian side is aiming to bolster their attack following the departure of Romelu Lukaku to Fenerbahce. They also have interest in Chelsea's Marc Guiu, which gives them a greater likelihood of signing him over Woltemade.
