Man, Woman Found Dead In The Under-Construction House In Ratlam

Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh witnessed the tragic discovery of a man and a woman dead in the basement of a construction site on Thursday morning. The bodies belong to construction contractor Ishwar Lal Prajapat and Chandabai, who had been living together for a considerable duration after separating from their previous spouses. The police have initiated an investigation into the incident, recovering sulphas tablets and a suicide note from the scene.

The suicide note, as per initial reports, revealed that both individuals were responsible for their deaths, and cautioned against any further harassment. The under-construction house was reportedly owned by a client of Prajapat. It was discovered when the homeowner, upon inspecting the work, found the two individuals unconscious.

Rashtriya Safaai Karmachari Sanghatana party leader Chandabai was identified as the wife of Prajapat's brother-in-law. Both bodies were promptly sent to the hospital for post-mortem examinations. Police have stated that the exact cause of death would only be confirmed after the post-mortem report and forensic examination. The investigation is underway, with officers probing possible family disputes and other personal or social tensions.
