LeadHERship brings women leaders together for workplace conversations

On Thursday, industry leaders and emerging professionals convened for LeadHERship, a two-hour interactive event in Hyderabad, organized by Ananya-Women@Work and TheProjeKT40. The aim was to foster conversations on women's leadership, gender, ambition, and professional networks in the workplace. The event featured industry leaders sharing candid insights on navigating workplace dynamics and power structures.

They drew upon their personal experiences to highlight the challenges women face while taking up leadership roles and presented practical strategies to overcome them. Departing from traditional lectures, the session included focused table conversations where participants shared personal experiences, discussed workplace situations, and explored ways to navigate organizational power structures while supporting and mentoring others.

Organizers emphasized the growing importance of such dialogues as workplaces evolve and organizations redefine leadership. They stressed that building supportive professional communities and addressing structural barriers are crucial for creating equitable workplaces where women can thrive.
