Lando Norris announces new Prime Video docuseries with "more access than ever before"

Renowned Formula 1 driver Lando Norris has announced a new three-part documentary series on Prime Video, set to premiere in 2027. The documentary, titled "Lando," will be produced by London-based production company Box to Box Films, known for their work on Netflix's Formula 1: Drive to Survive.

Director Ben Phethean and producers Clare Little, Tom Keeling, Warren Smith, and Jon Smith will guide viewers through Lando's current 2026 campaign as he defends his maiden drivers' championship. However, the series will primarily focus on the Formula 1 champion's life outside the racing circuit.

According to the official synopsis, the documentary will offer unprecedented access to Lando's personal life. The series will cover various aspects of his life, including his childhood experiences with karting, his interactions with friends during holidays, his relationships with family, his highs and lows in his racing career, his status as one of the most prominent athletes globally, and moments of personal reflection.

Ben Phethean expressed excitement about the documentary, stating that it promises to give viewers an authentic insight into Lando's world, from lighter, more personal moments to the pressures of being a top athlete. Lando Norris himself revealed that he has already shared glimpses of his life through his YouTube vlog series, LandoLOG, but he believes that the Prime Video series will provide a deeper look at his daily life.

The 26-year-old Formula 1 star emphasized that he has been deeply involved in the production process, ensuring that viewers get a more comprehensive look at the life behind the racing scenes. Lando expressed his enthusiasm for the project, looking forward to sharing more of what happens behind the scenes of his life with audiences in the coming year.
