Ireland-based cybersecurity firm Integrity360 has acquired South African identity services company CyberIAM for an undisclosed sum, according to the two companies. Founded in 2016, CyberIAM employs around 120 staff in London, Chester, and Cape Town, specializing in identity access management, governance, privileged access, and customer identity solutions.
Its clients span industries like finance, retail, healthcare, insurance, energy, legal, and public sectors. Integrity360 says the acquisition will bolster its identity security capabilities in the age of AI deployments. The combined team will operate from Integrity360's global security operations centre, led by CyberIAM CEO Michael Ribaudo.
Integrity360, which now projects a €230m revenue run rate, adds €18m in revenue from CyberIAM and will employ around 900 people at 16 locations across the UK, Europe, Africa, and Canada. Ribaudo expressed delight at welcoming the CyberIAM team to Integrity360, emphasizing the importance of identity as the primary control plane for cybersecurity.
The acquisition follows several recent expansions by Integrity360, including deals with Canada's Advantus 360, Belgium's Cresco, South Africa's Redshift, France's Holiseum, and Nclose in January 2025.
