Every Role Cast in the Snoop Dogg Biopic So Far, From Dr. Dre & 2Pac to Snoop Himself

The Snoop Dogg biopic, titled simply "Snoop," is in production and set to release in theaters across the U.S. on August 6, 2027. The film will be directed by Craig Brewer, known for Hustle & Flow, and produced by Brian Grazer, who previously worked on 8 Mile. Snoop Dogg, who broke the news about the biopic at CinemaCon in Las Vegas in April, sees it as his moment to tell his own story after the success of N.W.A's "Straight Outta Compton."

Brewer's previous work, including "Hustle & Flow" and "Song Sung Blue," provides insight into the challenges faced by artists from his background. Snoop Dogg is joined by a star-studded cast, including roles for 2Pac, Dr. Dre, Suge Knight, and Warren G, all figures who shaped his music career. The film also features Snoop Dogg, reflecting his journey in a 30-year-long career that includes music, correspondent work for the Olympics, and hosting a cooking show with Martha Stewart.
