CareBridge Education Solutions has launched India's inaugural global healthcare pathway program at St. Mary's Rehabilitation University in Hyderabad. This initiative addresses the global shortage of essential healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, nurses, occupational therapists, audiologists, radiology and laboratory technologists, and special educators, whose demand continues to outpace supply in countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, Singapore, and the Gulf.

India possesses a youthful workforce and strong English proficiency to meet this demand; however, the necessary training to meet international standards has been lacking. CareBridge Education Solutions has filled this gap by developing comprehensive programs that align with global healthcare practices, incorporate relevant certifications, language preparation, and licensing exam support.

These programs are integrated into the undergraduate degrees at St. Mary's Rehabilitation University, ensuring students receive the necessary preparation to practice internationally.

Every year, numerous BiPC (Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, and related courses) students in India sit for the NEET exam, with only a fraction securing MBBS seats. The remaining students are often misinformed about the extensive demand for alternative healthcare professions internationally. CareBridge's program specifically targets BiPC students who did not secure NEET seats, offering them opportunities to become licensed professionals in high demand abroad.

The pathway program at St. Mary's Rehabilitation University is competency-based, utilizing advanced labs and simulation techniques to assess students' practical abilities rather than just theoretical knowledge. The curriculum strictly adheres to the NCAHP, INC, and RCI curricula and incorporates industry certifications, language preparation (including OET, IELTS, and German B1/B2), and licensing exam preparation from the first year.

Additionally, students benefit from paid clinical placements and dedicated placement support throughout their academic journey, facilitating employment opportunities both within India and internationally.

Founders Srikanth Devineni and Krishna Bhargav recognized the dual challenge faced by employers and students in the healthcare sector. While employers struggle to find qualified professionals, many talented students graduate without the international preparation required to compete in the global job market. By building a workforce trained to a globally recognized standard, CareBridge aims to narrow this gap and empower students to pursue successful careers in the healthcare industry worldwide.
