Saffron Cresswell, a talented 23-year-old athlete, faced a life-changing accident that left her paralyzed at the T4 level. Prior to the fall, Cresswell had been riding horses since the age of three, running her own business at 15, and aiming for an Olympic career. Cresswell's rehabilitation was challenging, with bedbound recovery for six weeks, and daily physiotherapy sessions.

Despite the difficulties, she remained determined, noting that daily tasks like sitting up, putting on socks, and tying her hair challenged her. As she left the hospital, she was still unable to tie her hair, highlighting the extent of her limitations.
