Ustaz Lah mengaku tak salah pecah amanah RM13 juta

Abdullah Abdol Razak, a 40-year-old man, has been charged with 34 counts of breach of trust and 17 counts of misappropriation of funds, exceeding RM13 million, belonging to an NGO, according to a case at the Seremban Sessions Court. The alleged victim, Abdullah Abdol Razak, also known as Ustaz Lah, made a statement of not being guilty in the presence of Judge M Kunasundary after each charge was read aloud separately.

He was also accused of 17 counts of misappropriation of funds amounting to RM1.56 million. For the breach of trust charges, Abdullah was accused of falsely releasing assets related to the breach of the Fasal 10 Clause of the Prim (Foundation of Infaq Malaysia) regulations. This alleged act was said to have been committed through the transfer of the respective funds to various bank accounts, including his own, without the approval of the General Meeting of Prim, between February 28, 2023, and March 31, 2026, in a bank located in Seremban.
