Observatory issues Red Rainstorm Warning
The Observatory issued the red rainstorm warning at 5.05 am on Thursday. The Drainage Services Department is asking members of the public to report any street flooding. The Labour Department said employers should make work arrangements for their employees as soon as possible. Edited by Robert Kemp
