I went to Dollywood for the first time last summer, and I'm still thinking about it. I can't wait to go back.

I visited Dolly Parton's Dollywood last summer for the first time. As a longtime Disney World fan, I was eager to experience something different. Dollywood pleasantly surprised me with its affordability, low crowds, and delicious snacks. The park's focus on Dolly Parton's life and legacy made it feel cohesive and immersive. I explored replicas of her childhood home and schoolhouse, all set in the Smoky Mountain region.

The park offered a variety of rides, including roller coasters, and numerous shows to keep visitors entertained. A standout was the cinnamon bread, which was highly enjoyable. Despite being July, the park wasn't overcrowded, allowing for a relaxed experience. Pigeon Forge, the town near Dollywood, also had much to offer with activities like mini golf, go-karting, and world-class restaurants. Overall, my visit to Dollywood exceeded my expectations and left me eager to return.
