I know 50 Nigerian artists who use streaming farms – Singer Hotkeed claims

Afrobeats singer Hotkeed has expressed serious concerns over the detrimental effects of streaming farms on the Nigerian music industry. In a recent interview with content creator Jbrandy, Hotkeed revealed that he is aware of up to 50 Nigerian artists who resort to using streaming farms to increase their music streams on digital platforms.

The singer warned that if even 20 artists employ this method, it effectively cancels out the attention gained by 20 genuine artists. Hotkeed stated, "If 50 artists are stream farming, you have taken 50 genuine artists back." He criticized those utilizing streaming farms for rushing to social media to boast about their achievements after artificially inflating their stream numbers.

Hotkeed admitted to knowing these artists because the individuals behind the streaming farms approached him, demonstrating their services and urging him to promote them as well.
