HanmiGlobal earns highest-ever Korean ranking in ENR's global PM survey

Construction project management firm HanmiGlobal has achieved its highest-ever ranking in the global PM survey conducted by Engineering News-Record (ENR). This year, the South Korean company secured the sixth position among non-U.S. firms in the Engineering News-Record's (ENR) ranking of construction management (CM) and project management (PM) companies. This marks the best-ever ranking for a Korean company in this specific category.

According to the survey, published by the U.S.-based construction industry magazine, HanmiGlobal generated a total of $255.8 million in CM/PM fees from both domestic and overseas projects in 2025. This placed the company in the top 20 non-U.S. firms in terms of global CM/PM fees. Among these top 20, HanmiGlobal ranked ninth in terms of overseas CM/PM fees, with $139.4 million generated from international projects.

The top spot was claimed by Montreal-based AtkinsRealis, which reported $2.07 billion in total CM/PM fees. WSP Global followed closely behind with $1.49 billion in total fees. Germany's Drees & Sommer ranked third with $739.6 million, while Sidara from Dubai and Worley from Australia secured the fourth and fifth positions, respectively, with $681.6 million and $462.6 million in total fees.

HanmiGlobal, which introduced PM services to the construction industry, has now firmly established itself among the world's leading construction and project management firms.
