Gov Fintiri approves community markets for 21 Adamawa LGAs

Governor Ahmadu Fintiri has approved the creation of community markets in each of Adamawa State's 21 local government areas. According to Deputy Governor Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, who announced the policy decision on Wednesday, the new markets are intended to enhance commercial activities across the various local governments.

Inspecting the proposed market site in Numan LGA, Farauta emphasized that these markets would serve as centralized hubs for businesses, both individual and corporate. Directing newly elected local government chairmen, Farauta urged them to ensure the timely completion of these projects within their respective jurisdictions. The deputy governor also assured that the state government would promptly provide necessary funding for the initiative.
