Finland stocks higher at close of trade; OMX Helsinki 25 up 0.03%

Finland's stock market closed higher on Wednesday, as gains in specific sectors drove shares upward. The OMX Helsinki 25 index gained 0.03%, reaching a new 1-month high. Konecranes ABP led the gains, surging 3.40% or 1.00 points to close at 30.44. Outokumpu Oyj and Hiab Oyj also performed well, adding 2.06% and 1.72% respectively.

However, Bittium Oyj, Nokia Oyj, and Orion Oyj B underperformed for the day. Shares in Hiab Oyj hit all-time highs, trading at 65.10. Brent oil for November delivery rose 0.50% to $87.71, while crude oil for October delivery increased by 0.46% to $82.74. Gold futures fell 0.90% to $4,652.04. Currency markets saw minimal changes, with EUR/USD, EUR/GBP, and the US Dollar Index all remaining unchanged.
