Dominican Republic Adopts IHRA Definition of Antisemitism
President Luis Abinader announced the adoption at the Sixth Latin American Forum against Antisemitism in Santo Domingo and pledged funding for the Jewish Museum of Sosúa. The Foreign Ministry formalized the adhesion in a 24 August statement; organizers say the country is the seventh in Latin America to embrace the definition.
